Mr Kaye provided me with an exemplary service. A pre paid next day delivery package was promptly sent to me after an initial personal call from Mr Kaye. The envelope was lost in the post and without further ado another was dispatched. I received a courtesy call the moment my watch arrived. Within 48 hours Mr Kay rang me to discuss his valuation. Unfortunately, I missed his call and two subsequent ones indicating his concern at making contact, before we finally spoke.
